CAWs Teams-Up with the Civil Air Patrol (CAP)

Capitol Area Warbirds (CAWS) is pleased to announce its new relationship with the Vanguard Composite Squadron, NY-390 of the CAP's New York wing.  The CAP serves as the United States' Auxiliary Air Force and the Vanguard's program includes emergency services and aerospace education.  The Squadron has previously supported the Capitol Jets event, providing the vital service of airshow security.

Fortunately for CAWS the Vanguard Composite Squadron will be returning to the South Albany Airport for the Capitol Area Warbirds Airshow.  In addition to their great support of airshow operations, the Composite Squadron will be manning a public outreach table with information about the vital services the CAP provides to our country.
